Hydroquinone Tretinoin and Mometasone Furoate Cream is a combination of medications that cures the person of Melasma (dark spots on the skin). The brown dark patches on the skin are caused due to Melasma. The symptoms of Melasma are more commonly seen in women than men. The brown dark patches mostly occur on the forehead, chin, nose & cheeks.
